Kayo Boxing Club or Kent Athletic Youth Organization is a registered non-profit organization, currently located in downtown Chatham. Kayo is a staple for boxing and athletics training. We offer competitors and non-competitors Olympic Style Boxing Classes. We also offer Men's and Women's only Boxing Training without physical contact (No sparring, no Fighting). Private lessons are also available. This all in a safe environment for young and old and all genders. Kayo is fully registered, licensed & Insured. We are a registered member of Boxing Ontario and our coaches are NCCP certified all with a Police Clearance Check.
