What is Olympic Style Boxing

Olympic Style Boxing is amateur boxing, where the rules surrounding rounds are different from pro-level boxing and fighters must wear scoring criteria gear. Usually an Olympic Style Boxing bout, for both men and women, comprises three rounds of three minutes each. Each round is separated by a one-minute break. Olympic boxers are more focused on outpointing and outlanding their opponent rather than going for the knockout.
