Are you guys licensed?Yes we are registered with Boxing Ontario, the recognized. governing body for Amateur Boxing in Ontario.

What does Kayo stands for?Kayo is short for Kent Athletic Youth Organization.

Do you offer boxing training without physical contact?Yes, we do. No sparring, no fighting for all ages and genders.

Do you offer private lessons?Yes, we do. Upon request this can certainly be arranged.

Are your coaches certified?Yes they are all NCCP certified and have Police Clearance Checks. NCCP stands for The National Coaching Certification Program which provides standardized, inclusive, and safe sport education to coaches and coach developers in Canada.
